Originally from Israel, Haim came to New York in 1986. His love of the city and enthusiasm in the land of opportunity led him to work in the import/export clothing business before finding his way to real estate in the mid 1990s. Haim began at a prominent NYC brokerage firm where his tireless work ethic and strong focus on client satisfaction led him to excel in the field as a top-producing rental agent year after year. He successfully transitioned into high-end commercial and residential sales throughout Manhattan, drawing upon his unmatched talent as the quintessential closer.

With such impressive accomplishments to his credit, the stage was certainly set for Haim to venture on to management. As such, he joined partner Rachel Mizrahi in 2004 in forming Domain Properties and setting up office at 25th Street and Broadway, a prime location and state-of-the-art office. At Domain, Haim manages the firm’s business operations, handles all negotiations plus has a hand in every deal. He inspires his agents and brokers to succeed with the wisdom, insight and open-door policy he continually provides.

Rachel Mizrahi’s extensive knowledge of the New York City real estate industry, combined with her business savvy and seasoned financial expertise, fuel her success as both a commercial specialist and partner/co-founder of the full-service brokerage firm, Domain Properties.

Rachel came to New York in 1978. Earning a B.A. degree from Baruch College and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University, she subsequently served as controller of a thriving retail chain handling all aspects of advertising and finance. Rachel’s 15-plus years in the banking and finance fields are complemented by her effective interaction with a diverse clientele of domestic and international investors.

Also former financial controller of a successful New York real estate development and investment company for six years, Rachel is expert at orchestrating all types of real estate-related endeavors, which includes everything from purchasing and selling to refinancing and exchanging investment properties. In 2004, Rachel partnered with Haim Yagen, previously a top-producing agent at a prominent NYC brokerage firm, to create Domain Properties.

An avid traveler for both work and pleasure, Rachel resides in Brooklyn with her husband. Together they share two children of whom they are very proud – a daughter who’s a student in the Pre-Med program at Cornell and an accomplished equestrian rider, and a son attending The Abraham Joshua Heschel School in Manhattan, and an avid polo player.

Ken began his career as a national sales representative for an international electronics company based in Leicester, England. Through his in-depth understanding of his client's needs and his ability to develop interpersonal relationships, he was very successful in facilitating business-to-business transactions.

Mr. Barbina decided to further his education and attended law school in Boston, MA. After graduating law school, Mr. Barbina worked as an associate attorney in the Boston firm of Mullen and McGourty, P.C. He is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New York. Throughout his career Mr. Barbina maintained a keen interest in real estate and real estate development. Upon moving to New York, Mr. Barbina made a smooth transition into the real estate industry. Through the skills honed by his prior sales experience and his legal background, he has become an indispensable asset to the Domain Properties team.
